Access:
Drive towards Col above Ajdovščina on Primorska. Park in the village, next to the church and close to the sports playground. From here we direct back on main road Ajdovščina – Godovič, on which we walk towards a crossing and follow the sign to Vodice on the right, where we steep on narrower road. On the road we go pass houses and a factory, later into the forest. Path start so slightly ascend, until it takes us to the blaze and we are directed to the right. The road in time returns back on the road (to je čudno), which takes us to the crossing. The sign takes us to the left towards Vodice. At the next crossroads, where we direct slightly to the right on the marked path. Soon we return back to the road, which takes us pass homestead Lazar. Soon we again pass the turn and reach to the crossing, here we continue in the right towards Vodice. Before the road changes into the forest we walk pass the house. We start to descend slightly. After few minutes of walk the forest ends, where we see blazes, which take us to the left on macadam road. After the descend, we again come to the road and we descend some more.

During the descend we direct slightly right on the parallel path, later it turns into the forest. We continue along this slightly overgrown path that takes us to the dirt road and continue to the right. From here we consistently follow the blazes, all the time we slightly ascend. Soon we pass the road, and from here awaits us slightly bigger ascend. After ascend we pass the road at homestead Jeler and come to macadam road, which we follow to the right. Soon we come to an electrical pole with a wooden board, where we go to the right. The path brings us back on the road pass homestead Rudolf. Follow the road to the next crossing, where we turn left and make a nice circle to the top and later to the cottage. Follow this left road to the crossing and new signs, which take us to the top of Javornik. If you are tired you can also go towards the cottage. From this crossing just follow the path to the top, where wooden tower awaits for you. From the tower go right on the road downhill, which after few minutes takes you to the cottage with the NLS monument and a memorial plaque.
