Access:
On the highway head towards Unec and continue towards Cerknica. From here continue towards Bloke and Lože to the village Martinjak, where before car wash we turn to the left on narrow road, which ascends along the stream. A little higher the road turns left, and after a steep ascend it brings us to the parking lot, continue to the right. When we reach a water reservoir, park on the suitable place.

Here we must find the beginning of our ascend, which is not far. The path starts with the ascend parallel to the road, soon it turns left and continues with slightly steeper ascend. Later we reach the marked crossroads, where one path leads towards the monument (around a minute away), but we continue here straightforward along steep path, which later joins with the path from Grahovo. Continue to the left along the path, which takes us across the panoramic slope of Slivnica. Wide view opens on Snežnik, Cerknica field and ridge of Javorniki. After we reach next crossroads, continue to the right. Straight is the path, which takes us to the home on Slivnica. We continue our ascend across meadow slope, pass shrubs, to the top of Slivnica.
