Mountain pasture Dedno polje is located in the heart of Fužine mountain pastures (also Stara Fužina). The area of the mountain pasture Dedno polje lies between mountain pasture at Jezero and Ovčarija. A cheese factory was established here that now part of the Bohinj cheese route. Here they built some shepherd’s huts, but most are already altered into some kind of leisure-time dwellings. The beautiful sight opens here to the surroundings, towards Kreda and Kovačičeva glava. Between both peaks, in the background, the rocky Kopica makes an appearance.
